Masking Plugs
Masking plugs are available in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Silicone masking plugs are reusable up to 280 deg C and are specially formulated to withstand temperatures in excess of 300 deg C. They are manufactured from the highest quality silicone compounds and fully cured, so there are no worries about silicone migration, bleeding or contamination of components, process plant or equipment.

Silicone Pull Plugs
Silicone Pull plugs are ideal for masking threaded and plain through holes, they have a pull tab which is easily pulled through the hole prior to the paint or powder coating application masking the thread or bore, this pull tab is also used for easy removal after the paint curing cycle. Silicone Pull Plugs are also commonly used for masking component during Chromic or Sulphuric Anodising.
